It is difficult to crush the quite width of PP/ABS/PMMA sheet, plates and foam coil material with thickness 0.2~3mm. The DYPS-S can solve this problem. Comparing with ordinary crusher, this series crusher add a set of haul-off device，two sets of press roller, air press controller. The line speed can reach 30m/min. The capacity is higher. The main axis is processed with high quality steel after verifying by dynamic and static balance. The rotor adopts “V”type cutting technology and the crusher body adopts water cooling system, which avoid sticking the blade because of the heating of material. We can provide material collection device and powder separation system according to customer’s requirements.
