8.Thickness of glue is controlled by the clearance between glue roller and doctor roll,  by electric motion or automatic. Electric motion: press the button that controls motor to adjust the clearance, to ensure to paste enough glue. Auto-control: The encoder and PLC auto controls according the change of speed. And with interface;

9.High rigidity one basement structure,  drive with corrugating in mutual; independent drive box, universal joints help to increase stability. Might be communicate with PLC and transducer control, accelerate or decelerate speed, save power, reserve I/O of computer management system；

10.Might be equipped sprayer, adjustable base paper humidity.
